Final confirmation to be sent per email. Booking is not confirmed until 1st payment is cleared. Charter will take place only if all payments are confirmed in cleared funds in due time.

Charter agreement will be concluded between the charterer and the owner of the boat.

Requests to change or cancel a reservation are made only via email communication.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation of the charter by the Charterer for any reason whatsoever, the following cancellation policy shall apply:

-Cancellation fee of 35% of the total charter fee for reservations cancelled within a period of 90 days prior to the date of delivery.

-Cancellation fee of 100% of the total charter fee for reservations cancelled within a period of 30 days prior to the date of delivery.

That means that if the client wishes to cancel the reservation, any amount paid is non-refundable for reservations confirmed at a time less than 30 days prior to the desired date for the charter.
